The last week was pretty good, I could proceed with the protocol and show it to Angela today. I had thai lunch one day with a Canadian Phd student girl and I had to come to Australia to discover that I actually like Asian food a lot!!It was really delicious, and I got so inspired by it that when we decided to go to the movies on saturday with David because his parents had some old guests over, I proposed that I want to have dinner at a thai restaurant. The movie was not too unforgettable, we watched the 'ghost writer".

The next destination was the Powerhouse museum because I have read so many times that they have really good exhibitions and it didn't let me down, I got just what I wanted. I saw 2 exhibitions for only 5 bucks what is a bragain. One of them was about a successful Australian fashion photographer and the other one about the Australian fashion week. I spent 4 hours in the museum and had such a great time. Especially because this weekend was totally the opposite of the last one from weather point of view and it was all cloudy and rainy, so is there anything better than being inside and looking at beautiful clothes and photographs ? :) Ok, now some of you probably think, that hallo, yes there is, but for me it was just perfect:)

I got quite tired though and sunday started out as a lazy day on the couch because it was still cloudy and grey outside. However, I ended up on a bushwalk again, got attacked by birds, got cought by a rain shower and got totally lost in the "Mosman jungle" :D Then I decided to attend a very important Australian cultural event, the big rugby league grand final in the Oaks hotel but my enthousiasm lasted only for 20 min and took a bus and went home which I think disappointed David a little bit, but....such is life :)) So that's about the lazy sunday...

Legalabbis a het elejen annak indult, amikor nagy lelkesen felkialtotta sarki pub-ban, hogy hiszem o tud magyar gulyaslevest fozni es ezt feltetlenul meg kell kostolnom. Penteken kaptam par emailt, hogy akarok e bele gombat, mondtam nem, akarok e bele borsot, mondam nem, akarok e bele karfiolt mondtam nem, es akkor gondoltam, irok egy rovid osszefoglalot, hogy mik a tradicionalis osszetevoi a gulyasnak, es hogy nem, azaz nem kell bele rizs, karalabe, sutotok,mazsola stb....amit Magyarorszagon kivul mindenki hajlamos beledobalni. Azonban Steve nem igazan mutatott nagy hajlandosagot arra, hogy ilyen olyan jotanacsokat kovessen es biztositott szakertelmerol gulyasleves teren.....jjjja.....
A hetvegen elhataroztam hogy VAROST akarok :)) nagyon jok voltak az allatok meg a sok sok termeszet, de most kellett mar egy kis "glamuuuuuuuur" :D Szoval szombaton reggel Annette eljott velem Paddingtonba es beultunk egy sarki kavezo/ebedlo/uzsonnazo/embernezo+kritizalo/tarsasagieletetelo- be, ami rettenetesen nepszeru es David keresztenyja mukodteti. Onnan en tovabbmentem egy ket boltba ott a kornyeken, ami arrol hires, hogy a fo bevasarloutcarol ha leteresz, akkor a kis mellekutcakban designer outletek es feltorekvo ausztral tervezok ekszerdobozhoz hasonlo kis boltjai talalhatoak. En megtalaltam a darabot - lasd a kepet fent a nyaklancrol - amiert utolso nap visszamegyek szerintem, de meg meg akarom nezni, hogy Melbourne mit tartogat ;)
A nap nagyon jol telt, de faraszto is volt, es este elegge elhuzodott a mozi, ugyhogy vasarnap reggel amikor bamultam a szurke eget a reggeli mellol, ugy gondoltam, hogy jooooo kis kanapenulos vasarnapnak nezunk elebe amikor alaposan betamadom Annette magazingyujtemenyet. Hat igen, ehelyett madartamadasos, megazos, dzsungelbeneltevedos bokortura lett belole amire egy olyan pillanat adta az indittatast amikor pont kisutott a nap, de amikor mar 2 km-re voltam a haztol akkor persze leszakadt az eg :D Hat nem baj, ilyen is kell, ugyis lattam mar magam elott a gozolgo teat vagy forrcsokit amibol aztan megint nem lett semmi mert ahogy hazaertunk ,deadtam a derekam, hogy elmenjek a kornyek kultikus hoteljebe a Hotel Oaks-ba hogy megnezzem a fantasztikus Ausztral rugby liga grandiozus dontojet. Igen....18 perc mulva intettem le az buszt hazafele.
However, the culinary highlight of this week was undoubtly friday!! Steve and his gulyas! :D During the day I got some questions whether I want to have mushroom in it and such things, and I said no, and also no bean, pea, razin, rice or other things which don't belong to the gulyas soup but people everywhere else than in Hungary tend to put it in. But Steve refused to take my directions as he assured me of his expertise in this field : D So just how I expected we ended up with a nice, tasty dish ans sth completely different from gulyas soup. But the funniest thing was to see how different he is in the family circle....I could hardly imagine him clubbing in the Sydney nightlife if I wouldn't have seen it myself :P

Anyways, I decided that I want more glamour this weekend :) I gave enoug to nature and animals lately, so I wanted THE CITY now :D
So on saturday I had a nice morning cupcake and coffee with Annette in Paddington because one of her oldes friends runs an extremely popular coffe place there. Then I went back to the paddington nmarket, and to some other nice little shops, and found a necklace I definitely would like to possess :))

Yesterday Annette had birthday! She invited some other friends over and Anna and her bf Jordy came too and we went to a pretty nice restaurant there in Mosman, in Clifton gardens. The sun started to shine up, the food was great and everybody got so tired of this demanding program :P that the rest of the day from about 5 was just spent with watching "The apprentice" and "project runway"....and sometimes my eyelid from inside hehe ;))

Ha mindegy, mi elmentunk, es valoban sikerult egy nagyon finom hm.....etelt osszeraknia vegul ami olyan kozel all a gulyasleveshez mint mondjuk a hortobagyi husos palacsinta, de igen buszkenek tunt, ugyhogy gondoltam nem lombozom le. Tulajdonkeppen egy tanyer, spagettitesztanal vastagabb de majdnem ugyanolyan hosszusagu "galuskat" ontottunk nyakon egy suru piros - a paprikaval azert nem sporolt - husban gazdag ragufeleseggel, majd adtunk a tetejere tejfolt es orias petrezselymet amit Nick, Steve 7 eves fia eloszor brokkolinak titulalt....:) Vegul megegyeztunk, hogy a majdnem elhanyagolhato kulonbsegek csakis abbol adodnak, hogy o meggondolta magat, es vegul a gulyas nemet valtozatat keszitette el, mert o felig nemet :))) Az almaslepeny (is) nagyon nagyon finom volt, es kulonosen azert volt erdekes mert Lena csinalta aki 10 eves.

A hetvege azonban meg nem ert veget, mert tegnap azaz hetfon "a munka napja" volt, ami teljesen egyertelmuen, ahogy a nevebol is adodik, munkaszuneti unnepnap errefele. Igy elmentunk egy ettermbe ebedelni ott Mosmanben mert Annettnek 60. szuletesnapja volt.Mondta, hogy o elete vegeig 59en fogja magat szamontartani viszont ez jo urugy volt arra hogy egy kozeli obolmenti etterembe toltsuk a napot :P
Mindenki nagyon elfaradt ettol a megerolteto programtol, ugyhogy en a nap hatralevo reszeben project runwayt es Aviatort neztem....meg neha a szemhelyamat belulrol.... :P
